Company / New York

Private aviation sourcing built around real trip requirements.

Air Mission Exchange helps clients identify suitable charter options, coordinate operator quotes, and manage the information required to move a trip from request to confirmed flight.

Who we are

One point of coordination for a multi-party charter process.

Air Mission Exchange is an independent private aviation sourcing and coordination business operated by SeenLife LLC in New York. We help clients navigate aircraft availability, operator options, route requirements, and charter documentation without requiring them to contact multiple providers individually.

AMX does not own or operate aircraft. Our role is to organize the request, research relevant options, and support communication through operator confirmation.

What we do

Research, comparison, and coordination—not invented availability.

Operating model and transparency

Operational responsibility stays with the selected operator.

Air Mission Exchange is not an aircraft operator. Flights are performed by independent third-party air carriers or operators that retain responsibility for operational control, aircraft, crew, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Availability and pricing are confirmed only through the selected operator and may change until the charter is formally accepted and documented.
