Submit route request
Share the route, timing window, traveler count, aircraft preference, target budget, and best contact method. The goal is to turn a vague private jet inquiry into a usable operator request.
How it works
Air Mission Exchange is designed for high-intent travelers, executive assistants, family offices, and advisors who need a clear private aviation process before committing to a provider quote.
Share the route, timing window, traveler count, aircraft preference, target budget, and best contact method. The goal is to turn a vague private jet inquiry into a usable operator request.
For priority operator confirmation, Air Mission Exchange may request a $500 refundable verification deposit. This shows serious intent before operator time is spent. It is not the full charter price.
Air Mission Exchange organizes the request and contacts licensed operators, aviation providers, or qualified suppliers that may fit the aircraft, timing, route, and mission needs.
Before a booking is treated as confirmed, the operating provider must confirm aircraft, schedule, price, taxes, fees, cancellation terms, operator identity, passenger requirements, and final documents in writing.
The traveler pays the aircraft provider under the final quote or charter agreement. Provider invoices, cancellation terms, and final payment instructions must be confirmed in writing.
The aircraft provider invoice, provider contract, final charter price, taxes, fees, and cancellation terms are separate from Air Mission Exchange platform fees unless a written checkout or quote disclosure says otherwise.
Air Mission Exchange is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft. Flights must be performed by properly licensed operators or authorized providers after written confirmation.
No flight is confirmed until the operating provider confirms aircraft, schedule, price, taxes, fees, cancellation terms, and final documents in writing. Public empty-leg listings, route pages, and starting prices are request tools, not guaranteed inventory.
Urgent medical aviation coordination may require a separate $2,500 coordination fee for case intake, provider matching, aircraft suitability review, quote coordination, and communication support. Medical provider invoices are separate.
Before submitting any payment, clients should review the checkout disclosure, refund rule, platform role, and whether the payment is a verification deposit, medical coordination fee, or supplier membership.
